Our take

A vegan greens powder that packs 50+ fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and herbs, plus probiotics, into one daily scoop. It’s a convenient way to add a broad mix of plant nutrients to your routine. The trade-offs: the blend amounts are listed as totals (not per ingredient), and it works best as a complement to — not a replacement for — real fruits and vegetables.

Best for: busy adults who want an easy daily greens habit · Not for: anyone allergic to coconut, or on medication without checking with a doctor.
